Therapy provides a relaxing space for creative self-expression,

Art
therapy is suitable for all people and prior skill or art experience
is not necessary. Creative mediums include paint, pencil, pastel,
clay, mosaic, plaster, sculpture, collage, photography, written
expression, poetry and window paints.
Just wanted to say what a wonderful service you provide. I
have been seeing a patient whom I referred to your group a number
of weeks ago and the enjoyment, sense of achievement, and 'my
time' she gets from the Open Studio has made a tremendous impact
on her self confidence, self esteem and hope for the future.
